The purpose of the AIIM Global Association Network Scheme is to establish
a network of organizations around the world that are committed to expanding
the market for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies. Members
of the Network believe that central to this market expansion are strong
and viable organisations serving local markets, linked together on a
worldwide basis to share ideas, concepts, programs, and information.
AIIM Global Association Network Scheme participants will meet each
year at the AIIM Show and Conference in the United States to share ideas
and information on local markets. In addition, there will be meetings
of parts of the network at other regional events as opportunities arise.
Membership in the AIIM Global Association Network Scheme is available to
any non-profit association active in the ECM arena. Participant organisations
must enter into an agreement to support the goals and principles of the
Network.

Educate the current and prospective user community
about ECM solutions
Improve the effectiveness of Global Network participants
in serving their local market
Create a worldwide network of users and suppliers
Exchange news, information and calendars of events
There are three levels of participation in the Global Network:
1 Global Network Associate Organisation
Listing on the masthead of AIIM AIIM E-DOC Magazine
Recognition at the annual AIIM Show and
Conference
Listing and links on the AIIM web site
Global Network participants may submit
local language white papers, research, and case studies for publication
on the AIIM web site
Special AIIM Global Network logo for
use in local organization materials to note status
Share information on local market trends
and research.
Collaborate in the creation of local
programs and services and share in the revenues associated with
these activities.
Share best practices and industry information.
Mutually reinforce the value of participation
in the Global Network organisation and AIIM International.
2 Global Network Alliance Organisation
all elements as 1 above plus:
copies of AIIM’s E-DOC Magazine mailed direct
to named individuals who must be a paid up member of the Network
Partner Organisation or bulk shipped to the organization concerned
for local forwarding at their members at their expense. $45 or €45
per annum per member in advance to be paid by the Network Partner
Organisation. Minimum quantity 5 members.
