Hyland Software, Inc. seeks self-motivated professionals to join our UK team in London. Our UK office, located in London, has an opening for a European Account Manager and an International Solutions Analyst. Responsibilities include the following:
European Account Manager
Channel Recruitment or Channel Management in a solutions software industry
Ability to travel 50% of the time from London office to areas in Europe and South Africa
Generate sales revenues
Identify, recruit, and manage appropriate partners for Hyland Software
Enlist the help of corporate personnel, or corporate management (marketing, support, legal, etc.) to satisfy the needs of all assigned partners
Perform ongoing product training either individually or in conjunction with other Hyland employees
Full utilisation of internal CRM system for registration of leads, forecasting of opportunities, tracking of significant conversations, tracking of all visits or joint sales calls, and tracking of all assigned leads.
Prepare and present solutions and other OnBase information at VAR and End-User events
Attendance and participation in Trade Shows
Multilingual aptitude is a plus
International Solutions Analyst
Minimum 3 years experience managing the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise software projects from either the vendor or client side. ECM experience preferred
Minimum 3 years experience managing the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise software projects from either the vendor or client side

Interpersonal “sales” skills: ability to listen, comprehend, articulate, and persuade
Ability to Travel 50% of the time from London office to areas in Europe and Africa
Maintain a thorough technical understanding of the architecture and functionality of OnBase software (architecture, functionality, applications, and integration options), IT infrastructure (servers, operating systems, networks, databases) and complimentary technologies (capture, storage)
Support the OnBase sales effort by helping to craft and propose valid, compelling solutions that meet customer needs
Support the OnBase sales effort by helping to recruit and train new Value Added Resellers
Prepare and present solutions and other OnBase information at VAR and End-User events
Participate in trade shows and exhibitions by helping to demonstrate the product and gather leads
Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation process
Participate in other sales activities as may be required, including tradeshows and training sessions
Multilingual aptitude is a plus
